Ephesians 4:32 – “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”

A Heart of Kindness: A Lesson from Ephesians 4:32

Hey friends!

Have you ever felt upset with someone? Maybe a friend said something that hurt your feelings, or someone didn’t treat you the way you expected. It’s easy to hold onto those feelings, but there's a powerful verse from the Bible that can help us heal and grow: “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32)

This verse teaches us the importance of kindness and forgiveness. It reminds us that, just as God forgave us when we made mistakes, we should do the same for others. Life isn’t always perfect, and people sometimes mess up, but holding onto anger or hurt only weighs us down. When we choose to forgive and be kind, we let go of that burden and create space for love and peace to grow.

Being tenderhearted means showing compassion, even when it’s tough. It means understanding that everyone is learning and growing, just like we are. When we forgive, we’re not saying that what happened was okay; we’re saying that we choose to move forward with a heart full of love, just like God shows us every day.

So, let’s try to be kind to everyone we meet, even if they’ve hurt us. Let’s forgive, just as God has forgiven us. You’d be surprised how much peace and joy kindness can bring—not only to others, but to your own heart, too.

Let kindness and forgiveness lead the way today! 💖🙏
