Refund Policy for the Online Program

If a student is withdrawn from TrueNorth Christian Academy for any reason by parent/guardian or TrueNorth Christian Academy, the following refund policy will apply:

For Semester 1 Time Payment Plan:

If withdrawn before online setup, 90% of tuition will be refunded upon written request. Please allow 10 business days from receipt of your written notice of withdrawal for the refund to process.

If withdrawn within one (1) calendar month of your student’s online setup date, 60% of tuition will be refunded upon request. Please allow 10 business days from receipt of your written notice of withdrawal for the refund to process.

If withdrawn after one (1) calendar month of your student’s official Start Date, there will be no tuition refund.

Due to our low tuition rates, accreditation and license fees, and other miscellaneous costs for each student, we do not offer additional refunds beyond what is outlined in this policy.
